Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours for cancelations or rescheduling. Please text or call 614-749-0498 to confirm your cancelation.
No show and same day cancelation will be charged 80% of schedule total service.
There will be a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled or may be shortened. A 50% fee will be applied if we need to reschedule due to lateness.
